Designing Images with Microsoft PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint is a familiar tool to many of us, especially for its uses in creating and giving presentations using a slide deck. But beyond its primary functionality as a presentation program, the tool has many other capabilities that might go unnoticed. For example, did you know that you can create and produce original videos in PowerPoint? Or that you can design interactive games with a combination of shapes and links that serve as buttons that allow users to jump to other locations in the presentation?  Or that you can edit, adjust, and even create new images? The latter is particularly helpful when it comes to creating infographics or background images used for virtual presentations, flyers, and interactive content presented online. To learn more about how you can edit and design images using PowerPoint, take a look at the video tutorial below and, while you watch, try employing some of these features and tips on your own PowerPoint images.
